Blueberry 3
Recipe by David Walker December 6 2019


¼ cup whole fat or 2% greek yogurt
¹/³ cup plant-based milk
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 frozen banana, peeled and cut into chunks
4 TBSP Divided Sunset Almond Maple Powder (optional)


Step 1

Add greek yogurt, milk, Collagen Fruit & Veg blend, and almond maple powder to your blender. Blend for 5-10 seconds until powder is mixed with liquids.

Step 2

Add banana and blueberries to the blender. Blend to desired consistency.
